Chain length : The chain lengths mentioned on "Adore Shop " website do not include the length of the pendant. Most of our pendants run between 2-5 cm, so the total length of jewellery will be the length of your selected chain plus the length of your pendant. Braslet length : STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet. STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size. STEP 3: To find your bracelet size, refer to the appropriate measurements in below bracelet chart. Anklet length: The average size for a woman’s anklet is 23cm in length. Petite sizes range in the 20-23cm range. Larger anklets for women go up to 24-25cm. Many anklets will come with an extender chain that will allow you to adjust to the right length for your ankle. How to measure your ring size? 1. Already have a ring? What you need : A measuring tape or a ruler and your favourite fitting ring:

• Measure the internal diameter of a ring you already own.
• Match that measurement with the chart below to determine your size.

2. First time purchase? What you need : A measuring tape or a ruler, a pencil, a thread roll or a piece of paper and scissors:

• Cut a thin and long strip of paper (no more than 1 cm) wide or use a string
• Wrap the paper or string around your finger just below the knuckle
• Once it’s snug use a pen to mark where the two ends meet
• Flatten out the thin strip of paper and use a ruler to measure the distance from the end of the string or paper to the mark you made.
• Match that measurement with the chart below to determine your size.

f you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a credit ( voucher ) or exchange. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Unless the product is defective, please take a picture of the damaged goods and email a short description to orders@adoreshop.co.za and we will collect the product from you at no charge. We cannot exchange earrings and all beauty products for hygiene reasons.

"Adore Shop" offers free delivery of over R500. For each order above this amount, customers will be charged R99. Shipping takes 3 to 5 working days once we received payment. Srerling silver products available to pre-order only. As our distributors are located overseas, that's why delivery will take approximately 3-4 weeks ( only for silver jewellery) Courier company is responsible for delivery in South Africa. Confirmation email will be send to the client with correct tracking number. Please make sure to fill up all delivery information correctly as we cannot be responsible for any mistakes from your side like name, address, phone number etc. If this happens please contact us as soon as possible. If order is still in our office, we can change delivery information, but after courier fetch it, then unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any delivery problems.
